Homeland
This plywood sculpture of a map was commissioned to celebrate a wedding. The map is
centred on the bride and grooms' home in Richmond Upon Thames. The map
sculpture was then carved exploring the grain and areas of interest in
the wood creating an exciting new landscape.
Specification
It was designed to fit in a
space 72cm x 63cm.
The base detail was based on an old Ordnance Survey map.
